Reflexology
Reflexology follows the principle that the body is mapped on the feet.
Reflexologists apply pressure to the feet using fingers and thumbs activating nerve endings that lie on specific reflex points. This pressure sends neurological messages to the brain which then relays that message to the area of the body that is ill, stressed or disturbed. The body’s own healing mechanisms are then activated in the required area, enabling healing to occur naturally.

I use NEPIP (NeuroEndoPsychoimmunoPody) in my practice:

-
Neurology is the study of the nervous system
-
Endocrinology is the study of the endocrine system
-
Psychology is the study of mind and behavior
-
Immunology is the study of the immune system
-
Pody means feet in Greek

It is the relationship between our brain, our nervous system activities and their direct relationship with the endocrine system and how this affects our health via the immune system which is replicated/reflected in the feet.

This will help with tension within your body, taking deep breaths in the area and releasing the pressure whilst working on the feet in the reflected areas, this will also release and ‘stuck’ energy to leave the body:
"Where intent goes energy flows”.
"My aim is to see my clients leave with a glow and a calmness about them after their sessions"
