I created Heart Centred healing after a deeply transformative experience in my life.  When my son had an accident, I turned to holistic healing to help me cope with the stress, emotions and uncertainty.  The healing I received during that time was truly life-changing - it gave me strength, clarity and renewed sense of peace.

My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner self, release what no longer serves you and find balance and harmony in your life.  Using holistic healing techniques, I create a safe and welcoming environment where you can feel heard, understood and cared for.
